general update

RECIPIES!

been rocken the clock with cooking lately.

i made:
Butternut & Carrot soup! super good!
Meatloaf the recipe was decent, need to make some alterations though. :D still it was really good.
Veggie Lasagna: i snuck some tastes. the major bulk needs to be cooked (tonight <3) but i made some tiny 1 serving lasagna cups? ( i had extra noodles and extra filling) which will be eaten for lunch. <3 3 more recipes!

Crafts:
broke out my loom and began beading with it! D: i used a WAY to thick thread :/ silly nami. BUT the bracelet is coming out well! and im learning! :D i cant wait to make more.

also started a NaNo. short stories! <3

another list. lets do it!

Health:
so! i went and signed up for a Gym membership at planet fitness. i am so jazzed. i really like the layout of the gym as well. i hope i do not get addicted to working out though. (pffft yeah right) ANYWAYS. i am already almost 5 miles into my run 1001 miles. i hope to do about 6-8 miles or cardio a week, ( to start out with) then 3-6 on the weekends. (again to start out with) WHOOO! ideally i will do around 10-12 miles a week. also my gym membership? only 10 bucks a month, no start up fee. hehehehe

Arm warmers:
almost done one pair of arm warmers, no pattern, but i plan on felting it so yeah. :3 kinda cheating, XD but not really.

Cookies:
i made some Sugar Cookies, and Some Chocolate Chip. OM NOM NOM. i think these came out pretty good! i kinda botched the process on the sugar cookies though. :/ but at least they were not sugar biscuits.

Bad Habits:
Vitamins! i never take them. i have quite a few as well, when i DO take them i feel better, but well that's the issue, i always forget, even if i put them in my weekly organizer. so i have made notes for myself and so far are 2 days strong! ( i started on the second and take my pills usually at night, my stomach acts up if i take them early.) also there are 16.68333333 sets of 60 days in 1001 days, so i am only doing 16 habits. i have stuff like grooming the cat, road rage ( its gotten embarrassing) and other stuff. :3 YAY.

Reading:
i finally cracked the cover of the 'Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy' :3 YAY! also started up '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' hope to get to either chapter 18-20 tonight in Hitchhikers, if not i hope to add at least 3+ in 20,000 Leagues. :3 huzzah!

Prep Work: been making lists, getting recipes i wanna try. i may up the 100 to 150. i have that many. :3 OH HAPPY DAY! but probably won't... well see. but yes gearign up for ART. artartart. :3 OH HAI 2010

minor update

So out of all the things i've been TRYING to do, i've been getting other things done.

HAHAHA!

such as:

Pants: i have completed my FIRST pair of pants completely from scratch! YAY! they are a pair for working out/lounging ( like i need more of those.) but the pattern was pretty easy. i had tried to make a pair before, but i have yet to finish them. ( i just need to get some fabric to finish them.) i'll get a photo of them sometime soon.

it was completely on a whim as well.

I've been drinking more water. YAY! ( this is actually really hard)
